7:30 p.m. Phillies says we should bring the troops home.

7:31 p.m. Jingozian says war in Iraq will not end if Barack Obama is elected…vote Libertarian.

7:33 p.m. Root says war in Iraq was a mistake. He supported the war in the beginning but now says it was a mistake. All future wars must be authorized by congress.

7:35 p.m. Barr says that we should have a defensive military policy rather than offensive.

7:36 p.m. Jingozian says government should get out of the way and allow private industry to solve the energy problem.

7:37 p.m. Jingozian is against drilling in ANWR because we are too dependant on oil.

8:11 p.m. Barr: the war on drugs is a failure. He realizes it now that he is not in government.

8:12 p.m. Gravel: drugs abuse is a public health problem not a criminal justice problem.

8:13 p.m. Phillies: we haven’t learned our lesson from prohibition. We cannot afford to run each others lives.

8:21 p.m. Jingozian: judiciary has been corrupted like all other areas of government. Agrees with Gravel about term limits for judges.

8:23 p.m. Kubby: the courts have overstepped their authority since Maubury vs. Madison.

8:24 p.m. Root: would appoint judges who follow the Constitution. Education is the new civil rights issue of our time.
